Introduction
You are on your way to a healthier foot and ankle!
You have chosen to invest your time and money into a program to help you live a healthier, more pain-free, and active life!
Now it is time to get started!
The program is separated into 4 blocks which are 2 weeks each. If any exercise is painful, skip that exercise for a week and then come back to it and re-try to see if it can then be done with less pain.
I urge you to take a look at the extras and perform them throughout the program for pain relief.
