Weeks 1-2: Arch Strengthening and Foot/Ankle Mobility
The first block will address arch strengthening and foot/ankle mobilization.
Healthy feet need strength and stability.
Without mobility, your foot is unable to accommodate to terrain while walking, Also, if too stiff, the foot's shock absorption ability is impaired causing wear and tear over time.
Without proper strength, the foot is unable to propel you forward without stressing nearby structures, your arch falls, and your hips/ankles/knees are placed in incorrect mechanics while walking, running, or jumping.
