8 Week Program to Improve your Foot, Ankle, and Calf Health
This is an 8 week program that addresses common impairments in the foot and calf which lead to pain. It will address mobility, strength, stabilization, and balance in a simple, easy to follow program that can be completed in your home!
Follow along with the exercises and activities in the video to help avoid or lessen foot and calf pain.
It includes 17 exercises with video explanations and modifications to make the exercises easier and harder! Along with the quality video descriptions, there is an EXTRAS section that shows use of foam roller, mobility ball, and self massage techniques to relieve pain along the way!
